Altavizion — La Botana Event Center
Between Mauricio Alatorre (Altavizion), provider, and Jacob Zamorano, on behalf of La Botana Event Center, client, the following is agreed:

Delivery will be module by module, in this order: catalog, quoter, registration, contracts, follow-up, social media, Marketplace, Altavizion Manager and website. Some modules will arrive one or two at a time; others will take a couple of days. The full project will be delivered in under 20 days.
The client will pay 60% of the one-time setup on signing this agreement and the remaining 40% when everything is delivered. The monthly fee shown will be paid each month for management and hosting.
The monthly fee includes system management and hosting — the place where the pages live. It covers the technical management of the platform, plus support and minor adjustments to keep your site up to date. Mauricio Alatorre (Altavizion) commits to delivering the modules in the stated order and timeframe, with the quality shown in the demonstrations, and to keeping the system and hosting active while the monthly fee is current.
The client commits to delivering on time the photos, texts, logo and access needed for each module, and to paying under the terms of this agreement.
